House features
House Lerchenfeld features two seperat appartments, which were rated 4 stars by the german tourism association.
Living room
The living room is comfortable furnished and equipped with TV, VCR, stereo, safe and telephone
Dinette
At the first floor appartment you'll find a spacious dinette within the oriel. At the top floor appartement the dinette is well-integrated into the kitchen
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with enough dishes, coffemachine, electric kettle, toaster, slicer and of coure all the electrical equimment as you can see at the floorplan.
Bedroom
There are two bedrooms in each of the appartments, one of them with a kingsize bed and the oder one with a queensize bed. In each of the bedrooms you will also find a closet with mirror, night stands, lamps and alarm clock. A crip for the little ones is also available.
Bathroom
The bright bathrooms are equipped with two basins, a shower, a cosmetic mirror and a hair-dryer. Towles are provided if you stay 4 nights or longer.
Pavilion
The wooden pavilion in the garden for a maximum of 6 people can be used by our guests, and is especially though to be an alternative for the balcony of the first floor appartment.
Garden furniture
Enough furnitures for the garden are provided. There is a small chute in the garden, a bigger playground is at a walkingdistance close by.
Basement
In the basement is a tabel-tennis table, a sauna and a tanning booth, a washing machine and a dryer.
Shopping
In Ullas Backshop close by you will have the possiblity to buy bred and rolls an a little variety of gorceries. They also prvide a devery service. A big grocery store is within a 5 minute car ride. A couple of restaurant are also close by.
